Shipping policy

Order processing time.

Orders are processed within 2 days of receiving you confirmation email. We aim to do this the same day (excluding if it’s a bank holiday or weekend).

If you have ordered apparel production time is 1-2 weeks.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

We only offer shipping in the United Kingdom.

Shipping charges and delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on location and your shipping method.

Delayed or Missing Packages.

IF the order appears lost or delayed please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If further assistant is needed please feel free to contact us.

Delivery time doesn’t include production time.
